Clare joined CRKN as Executive Director in 2012 and provides innovative leadership to meet CRKN’s ambitious strategic objectives, while representing CRKN in several collaborations.

Jason has member experience as an Electronic Resources Technician at University of Ottawa. He holds a BA, a Master of Information Studies, and an MA in History.

Craig Joined the CRKN team in 2011. Craig has a BA in English and History and a Master of Library and Information studies, both from Dalhousie University.

Rebecca has over ten years of marketing and communications experience, focused on academic publishing. She holds a BA, a Master of Information Studies and a Diploma in Publishing.
Manager, Digitization Services
Beth joined Canadiana in 1988. Beth has an Honours BA in history and sociology, and a Master of Library and Information Science.
Manager, Canadiana Platform
Before joining CRKN in 2019, William worked with Canadiana as Interim Executive Director and Chief Information Officer. He holds an Honours BA and an MLIS.
LICENSING AND MEMBER SERVICES
Amanda holds a BA from Carleton University and a Library Technician diploma. She has broad academic experience gained from nearly 5 years of working in different capacities at uOttawa.
Licensing and Member Services Officer
Émilie has a MLitt (Glas) and a PgDip (Leic), with experience in member services and heritage, having worked at Historic Environment Scotland, Universities Canada, and Parks Canada.
LEAD APPLICATION DEVELOPER
Sascha joined Canadiana in 2011. Sascha holds a BSc in Computer Science from Cornell University, and has over ten years of software development experience.
Divya holds an MA in Information Systems Security (Concordia) and a BA in Information Technology (Anna University). She previously worked with Mi9 Retail as a software developer.
Brittny holds a BCS from Carleton University and is earning a certificate in User Experience from the University of Toronto. Before joining CRKN, Brittny worked with IBM for four years.
LEAD SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Russell became active in the free software movement in 1992 and regularly submits to government consultations on copyright, telecommunications and other technology law.
Hugo has been in IT for 20 years working with Microsoft and Linux systems. Before joining CRKN, he worked at the library of the University of Ottawa for 5 years.
Manager, Canadian Persistent Identifier Community
Dedicated to service and knowledge access, John has experience working in research and public library contexts. He earned a BSc in neuroscience at McGill and will soon complete a PhD.
Patricia is a graduate of the Library Technician program at Algonquin College. She has worked for Canadiana for over 30 years.
Document Scanner Operator
Rebecca is a graduate of the Photography Program at Algonquin College. She has several years of experience working in imaging and photography.
Digitization Technical Lead
John is a graduate of the Algonquin College School of Media & Design's Photography program. He brings extensive public and private sector technical experience to the CRKN team.
Natalie has a Library Technician diploma (Algonquin College), a BA (Carleton University), and a MLIS (University of Alberta). She has worked in library technical services since 2010.
Digitization Services Lead
Lucie has been contributing to Canadiana’s products and services for 37 years. In addition to her vast work experience, Lucie has taken a number of finance courses at Algonquin College.
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Nazia holds a Business Administration Diploma, and a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur from the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Heritage Projects and Partnerships Coordinator
Georgia holds an MPhil in Heritage and Museums from the University of Cambridge. She has broad experience with heritage preservation, exhibitions, and the GLAM community.
Francesca holds an MA in Public History from Carleton University. She joined CRKN in 2019 and has a background in research and outreach for digital heritage projects.
