Tools and Services

Licensing Tools and Services for Members

CRKN provides a series of tools and services for members to support and facilitate their participation in CRKN licensing activities. In all cases, these tools have been designed in consultation with members and based on identified needs.

Foreign Exchange Service

The Foreign Exchange (FX) Service provides CRKN members with additional certainty for the administration of their collections budgets. Through the FX Service, CRKN offers two options, bidding and USD billing, on selected license products to help members minimize the impact of foreign exchange fluctuation.

This page explains how CRKN’s Knowledge Base Entitlements Sub-Committee supports members through practical, ready-to-use reports, templates, tools, and guidance for tracking serials entitlements and perpetual access rights to support discovery and informed collections management decisions.
