Canadiana
May 14, 2026: The Canadiana website continues to experience intermittent outages and image loading issues. CRKN staff are investigating a solution.
Some users may encounter a privacy certificate error when trying to access Canadiana.ca.
In Chrome, we recommend clicking the Site information icon next to the website URL in your browser, selecting "Site settings," and then clicking "Delete data" under the Usage section. Then, close your browser and re-launch it.
In Firefox, click the Site details icon next to the website URL in your browser, select "Clear cookies and site data," then click "Clear." Close your browser and re-launch it.
Please note that while this solution has removed the error for some users, others may still experience difficulty accessing Canadiana. CRKN staff are investigating a solution to the underlying problem.
Héritage
May 14, 2026: The Héritage website is now loading images, but loading times may be slow as CRKN staff works to restore access.
