Canadiana Collections: Usage Reports
Due to the mandatory transition to Google Analytics 4 in 2023, detailed usage reports can no longer be provided. High level snapshot reports have been created for Canadiana and Héritage, and CRKN staff are actively exploring alternative usage reporting. We apologize for any inconvenience. In May 2020, CRKN enabled Google Analytics on the Canadiana platform. As such, usage data is now collected regularly and can provide insights into how users are accessing the collections and what materials are most consulted.
On a quarterly basis, CRKN will make available a summary usage report with an accompanying data set for the Canadiana and Héritage collections. A glossary is available to define the terms and metrics reported below.
Please note the data in the Items and Series tabs for the Canadiana collection and in the MIKAN and Reels tabs for the Héritage collection were restated in April 2022, to remove the data for series index pages. Please see the Glossary for more details on the data reported.
