Historian, archivist and manager, Nathalie Villeneuve worked for 12 years at Library and Archives Canada, where she served as Director of Digital Preservation and Audiovisual Archives before returning to her home region. Since 2019, she is Director of Library Services at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC), where she is responsible for the University library, the Office of Information Management and Institutional Archives, as well as the pedagogical coaching and learning technologies team. She also serves as Co-Director of the Carrefour de l’enseignement et de l’apprentissage.  Nathalie is Vice-Chair of CRKN’s Preservation and Access Committee.
