Welcome!

We're thrilled to have you as a presenter! Thank you for making the CRKN Virtual Conference even better. Your expertise and insights will contribute to meaningful conversations about creative collaborations and collective momentum in our community.

What We Need From You

By Thursday, March 5

Please send your staff lead an email that includes:

The names, positions, and affiliations of all speakers
Headshots (optional) and email addresses of all speakers
The final title and description of your presentation (no more than 250 words)

By Tuesday, May 6

Please send your staff lead your final presentation slides. While you are welcome to submit bilingual slide decks, if your slides are in English only or French only, we will be translating them using the AI translation service DeepL. The slides will then be posted on the conference website in advance of the event.

Note: There will also be live simultaneous interpretation during the event to facilitate participation in the official language of your choosing.

We've created a Virtual Conference Presenter Amplification Toolkit with simple ways we can work together to promote your session and increase its impact. This is completely optional, but we encourage you to participate!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I share my presentation slides with attendees?

Your slides will be posted on the conference website. You can also include download links in your final slide or provide them in the chat.

What happens if I experience technical difficulties during my session?

Don’t worry! Technical support will be monitoring all sessions. Your staff lead can step in if needed, and we can pause briefly to resolve issues.

How will Q&A be managed?

Your staff lead will moderate the Q&A. Questions can be submitted via chat or the raise hand feature. Plan for approximately 15 minutes of Q&A.

Your Session Lead

You have a dedicated staff lead for your session, the person who has been communicating with you about your session. They are your main point of contact and are available to answer any questions about the virtual conference that hasn't been answered here.
