Ahead of the conversations at the conference, we are also holding a pre-conference Intro to CRKN virtual session on May 8 for those who want to learn more about our mandate and organization. The registration deadline is May 5, 2025.
The virtual thematic sessions include presentations from CRKN members and stakeholders on the theme of Creative Collaborations, Collective Momentum. Registration for the sessions also includes access to the Intro to CRKN virtual session on May 7, 2025. The virtual conference is open to CRKN members, stakeholders, and the wider research community.

All of the virtual sessions will take place over Zoom. You will receive the Zoom link by email after registration closes.
Group Rate
Once again, we are pleased to offer a conference group rate, which remains the same as last year's. Using the group rate, an unlimited number of participants from your institution may attend the conference. To register for the group rate, please identify one individual from your institution as the group rate administrator. The group rate administrator will register on behalf of the institution by following these steps:
Group Rate Steps
- Select “Group Rate” applicable to your institution.
- Choose “1” for the quantity to obtain the flat group rate.
- Complete the form with your individual information (not as a business).
- Place your order after entering your payment information.

Contact tariapor@crkn.ca with your order confirmation number to obtain a discount code. This code can be circulated to individuals in your institution to register for the conference at no additional fee. Please note: individuals benefiting from the group rate MUST still register.

Group Rate Tier 1 (bands 2-7) – $315 (including HST)
Group Rate Tier 2 (bands 8-13) – $630 (including HST)
Non-Member Rate

Retiree Rate
Individual Rate – $5 (including HST)
