Lead Strategist for Open Scholarship
Lyrasis

Sharla Lair is the Lead Strategist for Open Scholarship at Lyrasis, where she oversees initiatives to support sustainable, community-driven funding models for open journals, books, and infrastructure. She leads the Lyrasis Open Access Community Investment Program, which promotes the long-term sustainability of diamond open access journals, and contributes to several advisory boards within the global open access community.
