Claire Bennett is an experienced museum professional with expertise in curatorial projects, collections management, conservation, and strategic leadership. Claire currently works as Senior Curator of Collections and Monuments for the City of Hamilton where she leads the Collections and Conservation unit. Claire has also held curatorial roles at the Peel Art Gallery Museum and Archives, Halton Region Heritage Services, the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21, and the Markham Museum. A passionate volunteer, Claire founded the Collections Managers Network - Hamilton Area and serves as Membership Director with the Hamilton Naturalists’ Club.
