Costa Tsangarakis is an energetic Project Manager based in Hamilton, ON. With a strong background in Public Procurement, strategic transformation and customer service, Costa has spearheaded transformative initiatives and assisted with rebuild activities after his employer, City of Hamilton, underwent a cyberattack. In his current position as Project Manager, Costa was hired to assist, manage, and plan the activities surrounding the “rebuild” of the City’s Online Heritage Collections Management System. Costa’s career began in hospitality management before transitioning into the public sector, where he has worked in senior administration, procurement, and now tourism & culture.
